Energy Reset Experience

Dru Yoga practice is a gentle practice to drop into your body and slowly reactivate the body's ability to release, relax and reawaken.

Using a core theme for connecting and balancing our energy centers,

join us for two hour session to unblock stagnated energy on physical, emotional and spiritual level so that we can step into our fullest,

most awaken creative selves.

Take a little time out for yourself from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM UK time on Sunday. 

​

January 2026: Connecting with and balancing the Root Chakra

February 2026: Connecting with and balancing the Sacral Chakra

April 2026: Connecting with and balancing the Solar Chakra

May 2026: Connecting with and balancing the Heart Chakra

June 2026: Connecting with and balancing the Throat Chakra

July 2026: Connecting with and balancing the Third Eye Chakra

October 2026: Connecting with and balancing the Crown Chakra

​We'll begin with activating the body, followed by a gentle, flowing sequence and postures, breathing practice and end with a relaxation.
