Hi, I’m Vessela!
I am a certified holistic wellness coach and educator with International Association of Wellness Professionals (IAWP), Dru yoga teacher (RYT 200) with the International School of Dru Yoga, mindfulness meditation teacher with Mindfulness Now, and restorative writing teacher, who has studied, worked and lived in three different countries (Bulgaria, Italy, UK) and has constant international interactions with students, clients, colleagues and friends.
I am deeply familiar the emotional rollercoasters, challenges, frustrations on both personal and professional level.
I help people to become more resilient, feel more fulfilled and connected with themselves and others,
and truly flourish their wellness and creativity.
My purpose is to guide you on your journey to physical, mental and emotional wellness. This all takes place through a compassioned, non-judgemental and empathic approach to understand your personal emotions, difficulties and help you move forward.
I’m here, doing this work because I’ve been there too. I am an academic, researcher, educator, teacher, writer and lifelong learner. I am a wellness and startup leader and after working with people and becoming familiar with their challenges of balancing wellness and creativity. I realized how much support people need around wellbeing and creativity expression and how very little support exists, and I set out to change that.
It took me years to learn how to connect to my creative self and understand what my mind, body and soul truly desires and trust myself again. I now know what I truly desire and how I desire to feel on my own terms and not what other demands on me.
I learnt to create authentic and supportive relationships, and bounced back quickly from setbacks, changes, and challenges. I learnt how to take action and thrive on challenge and change in order to develop courage and confidence and tapped into my intuition to find solutions to problems.
I learnt to be patient and let the new healing and wellness and self-discovery journey unfold.
I took control of my life, healing and wellbeing to lead a life and business on my terms by practicing simple and practical strategies. I discovered what foods are best for my body, and found time to move my body in a way that feels good and I added in deep breathing, meditation and restorative writing and self-care rituals. I found a balance between work and my personal life and embraced the power of slowing down and resting.
Dear friend, being exhausted, depleted, overwhelmed, stuck and unfulfilled, it is not good for you and for those around you.
So many of us are running around empty or half filled up.
Often we are not allowing ourselves to receive the nourishment and nurturing that we so need. The truth is that only when we consistently tend to our inner well, then we have plenty to give to those around us.
I am passionate about guiding, people, like you, who are struggling with overwhelm, exhaustion, emotional imbalance, negative thoughts and low self-esteem to break free from struggles, so you can navigate your creative life with calm, clarity, courage and confidence from inside out.
I support people with simple, practical and transformational solutions. I work with people online on one-on-one basis and in small groups. I offer support in English, Italian and Bulgarian languages.

My education and experience is deeply rooted in different cultures. Throughout my career, I have taught, delivered workshops and research presentations to international audiences in many different countries across Europe.
I have extensive experience in teaching, researching and supervision in higher education and a doctorate in creative behaviour, innovation and change. As an academic, I support executives, entrepreneurs and individuals to discover their unique strengths, to improve their skill sets and to achieve personal development and growth. I draw on my research, expertise and experience to help people to reconnect to themselves and others and live a confident, empowered and balanced life.
Through my accredited education with the International Association of Wellness Professionals, I’m trained in a unique health philosophy called Wellness 360™ that helps people to create health and balance in all areas of their life.
I use a proven coaching process called the CORE Coaching Method which supports my clients to not only reach their goals but create lasting changes.
As a holistic wellness coach, yoga and mindfulness teacher I guide you to transition from being depleted and stuck to feeling abundant and fulfilled through stepping into your personal power and find solutions that emerge from within.
